Jenny Knorr Aesthetics, LLC ("we" or "us") operates a mobile messaging program (the "Program") subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions. The Program and our collection and use of your personal information are also subject to our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages. Promotional messages advertise our products and services and may include specials, marketing offers, and abandoned-checkout reminders. Transactional messages relate to existing or ongoing order notifications, updates, and appointment reminders. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency will vary but will not exceed 20 messages per month. We do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program, but you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your mobile provider.
By providing your mobile phone number to us, you are voluntarily opting into the Program and agree to receive recurring mobile messages at the number associated with your opt-in. You agree that any mobile phone number you provide is a valid number of which you are the owner or authorized user. If you change your number, you agree to promptly notify us. Your participation in the Program is not required to make any purchase from us and is completely voluntary.
This SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive text messages, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are the parent or legal guardian providing consent on behalf of a minor receiving services. If you are under 18, do not opt in to receive SMS messages.
You may opt out of the Program at any time. To stop receiving mobile messages, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any mobile message from us. You may receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message. For support, reply HELP to any mobile message from us. To rejoin, simply sign up again as you did initially.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories listed in these Terms exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
The Program is offered on an "as-is" basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or on all mobile providers. You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any mobile message or information sent through the Program. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Any such modification will take effect when posted to our website. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of those modifications.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, excluding its conflict of law rules. Your use of the website may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post any changes here, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
